No public IATSE or AMPTP statement read gives the date on which AMPTP received notice of ratification (negative result bounded to the pages listed). What is public is the ratification announcement of Thursday July 18, 2024 and a same-day AMPTP spokesperson statement quoted by trade press. The notice date does not change the MOA formula result unless it fell after November 3, 2024. Two AMPTP-hosted executed agreements resolve their analogous brackets to the dates the formula predicts: the Area Standards Agreement (November 3, 2024) and the Videotape Agreement (December 29, 2024, from the September 29, 2024 base). The executed text for the West Coast Studio Local Agreements, which is what the Basic Agreement MOA item amends, was not found. Curator qualifications: Excerpts with readbacks present (E4, E5, E6). Curator date arithmetic: 2024-08-04 (Sunday) + 90 days then first Sunday = 2024-11-03 (91 days); 2024-09-29 (Sunday) -> 2024-12-29 (91 days). Basic Agreement whole text: 'notice of ratification' 0, 'November 3, 2024' 0, '90 days after' 0; 'ratif' 3 hits, all committee-timing clauses. Consistent with CA-AM-0027 (MOA date resolves to Nov 3, 2024 via the ASA). IATSE release, Variety, Deadline and Local 728 newsletter not re-read in this pass. Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
