Exactly which language rows were added, removed or changed between Doc 7's table (version B, 2018-2021) and the registry table today?

The ISDCF register (330 rows) is far larger than Doc 7's 62 entries. 270 rows have no Doc 7 counterpart, mostly region and script variants plus new bare languages.
