I found an old ISDCF Doc 7 language table; can I still use its DCNC language codes, or has the registry changed them?

Codes from the old Doc 7 table (version B) mostly still hold. In the current ISDCF register, 58 of its 61 coded languages keep both DCNC code and RFC 5646 tag. Three changed: Kyrgyz is KY (Doc 7 said KG), Flemish VLS now maps to nl-BE (was vls), and Malay MSA maps to ms (was zlm). Look codes up in the register, not the old PDF.
