OCIO 2.4.0 shipped ACES 2 Output Transforms as a not-for-production Preview, with ACES 1.3 built-in configs. 2.4.1 kept the Preview label and planned finalisation for 2.4.2. 2.4.2 (2025-03-19) removed the label and reported a ~25% speed-up, while ACES 2 stays substantially slower than ACES 1 on CPU and somewhat slower on GPU.
