In Open RV v4.0.2, does the renderer ever read an RVPaint stroke's softDeleted or uuid property, and are soft-deleted strokes drawn?

Open RV draws an annotation only if its component name is in the frame's order list (then filters by eye, point count and startFrame/duration); no render code reads softDeleted or uuid.
