If a record or old dataset carries a www.europeana.eu/rights/... rights URI (rr-f, rr-p, unknown...), does Europeana still accept it, and what should an agent do?

Europeana retired its own www.europeana.eu/rights statements on 2016-11-11 in favour of rightsstatements.org equivalents (Paid Access retired outright); legacy URIs may still appear in old data, and Europeana code still recognises them (producer, code not re-read), but no source read says they are mapped automatically.
