What is lost or silently changed when converting a LUT between CLF and .cube (ordering, domain, bit depth, interpolation, precision), and how could it be tested with three small files?

Copying a 3D table verbatim between CLF (blue-fastest) and Adobe Cube (red-fastest) transposes the red and blue axes; OCIO's Iridas reader (10a43ec1) converts from red-fastest order and turns DOMAIN_MIN/MAX into a min/max op, while its baker writes only LUT_3D_SIZE and six-decimal data with no DOMAIN lines, so baked .cube files carry no input-domain information (static reading).

Curator qualifications: Interpolation mismatch (CLF trilinear default vs Cube tetrahedral intent) is covered in CA-B107. About 5e-7 per-value precision is producer arithmetic from the 6-decimal format. Cube licence conflict (BY-NC vs BY-NC-SA URL) preserved as in CA-B107. Static reading; no LUT baked or converted. Limitations: Static reading; no LUT baked or converted. Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
