What do the Kuleshov papers state about where their face and context stimuli came from, whether the stimuli or data are public, and under what terms, so an agent knows what can be re-used?

Articles are mostly CC BY (Cao, Calbi, Mullennix, Szaszko & Loebus), but the stimuli are a different matter. Face sets named in the papers are KDEF (Calbi/Barratt, Mullennix) and NIM-STIM (Mobbs); context sets are IAPS (Mobbs, Mullennix) and OASIS (Szaszko & Loebus); Cao and Szaszko & Loebus filmed their own faces and Cao shot its scenes with actors who consented to publication. The one stimulus-set terms text read (KDEF's own page) allows only researchers, non-commercial use and forbids redistribution without written consent.
