Which systems claim to steer a running world model or long video with text, how was that steering actually tested, and what did the tests show?
Four measured protocols for text steering exist in 2025-2026 preprints, plus one system (Zing-0.5) that shows it only qualitatively, and each measures something different. Hunyuan-GameCraft-2 uses a VLM judge on six interaction dimensions over 100 test images against image-to-video baselines. Incantation uses blinded human ratings (three annotators, 400 clips) of whether an entity performed the prompted action.
