Which of the explicit-memory world-model papers and revisit benchmarks can I actually download or run, and what do their licence texts, metadata and gates say per component?

Observed on 2026-10-22: WorldMem has code (non-commercial licence text) and public ungated checkpoints with no licence field; SPMem has Apache-2.0 code and Apache-labelled checkpoints; VMem has MIT-labelled code that vendors a CC BY-NC-SA component and weights behind a Hugging Face access gate; Context-as-Memory has a released dataset but no code I could find; WorldTrace has no code I could find. The two newest benchmarks (R2M-Bench, WorldMemBench) release MIT code and data, but WorldMemBench's dataset card says its third-party images and the generated videos keep their original rights, and its examples set is labelled CC BY-NC by metadata. Nothing here was run, so 'released' means files are listed, not that they work. Curator qualifications: WorldMem: 'Redistribution and use for non-commercial purpose in source and binary forms ... are permitted'; clause 4 asks commercial users to contact the contributors. WorldMem checkpoints: no licence tag, ungated, and all three files are .ckpt (pickle-capable; see C3R-0095 G17-04 on loading risk). SPMem: Apache 2.0 code; checkpoint tagged apache-2.0. WorldMemBench README: 'Code: [MIT License](LICENSE). The separately distributed datasets and examples have their own terms.
