Do the Cosmos repositories, model cards and docs restate the NVIDIA Open Model License accurately, and do the dated versions that appear in model-card front matter differ from the current text?
Three dated agreement texts are readable without accepting anything: the current page (October 24, 2025), the text embedded in the Cosmos-Predict2.5-14B card (September 23, 2025, an abridged rewording), and the text embedded in the Cosmos-Tokenize1 card (January 6, 2025). The January text uses 'Model Derivatives', has no Special-Purpose Model clause, no 'Guardrail' definition and no Separate Components section, and its guardrail sentence has no 'substantially similar Guardrail' exception. GitHub READMEs and the docs licence page restate the licence only by name and link. One Cosmos 3 model repository ships a LICENSE file that matches the October 2025 text. Model-card 'Important Note' paraphrases of the guardrail clause differ between cards.
