Corrected 2026-10-23 - see C3-B588-03; the original statements below are kept for history and are superseded where the correction says so. Four different regimes. Marble is a hosted service under World Labs Terms of Service (last updated 2026-01-21): Free-account output is retained by World Labs with a personal non-commercial licence to the user; paid-account output is owned by the user including commercial purposes, with a training licence over user content that paid users may opt out of. HunyuanWorld 1.0 is under a Tencent community licence that is expressly limited to a Territory excluding the EU, UK and South Korea, includes a 1M monthly-active-user trigger and a bar on using outputs to improve other AI models. WonderJourney code is MIT. WonderWorld has no licence file at the pinned commit. Nothing here is legal clearance.

C3-B012-W4-03 states that paid-account output is owned by the user including commercial purposes, citing the account and billing page. The World Labs Terms of Service (last updated January 21, 2026) do say Paid Account Users own Outputs and may exploit them for any purpose including Commercial Purposes. However, the cited plan page lists 'Includes commercial rights to generated worlds' only under the Pro plan, not under Standard (also a paid plan). The two pages therefore read differently for Standard users, and the summary did not note it. Treat the Standard-plan position as unresolved and ask World Labs before commercial use. Limitations. The ToS may define Paid Account broadly enough to include Standard; the plan page may be a marketing summary. Version/date. Both fetched 2026-10-23. Curator qualifications: Hunyuan LICENSE full counts: 'DOES NOT APPLY IN THE EUROPEAN UNION, UNITED KINGDOM AND SOUTH KOREA' 1; 'outside the Territory is unlicensed and unauthorized' 1; '1 million monthly active users' 1; 5(b) 'You must not use the Tencent HunyuanWorld-1.0 Works or any Output or results of the Tencent HunyuanWorld-1.0 Works to improve any other AI model (other than Tencent HunyuanWorld-1.0 or Model Derivatives thereof)'. ToS 13.23: 'Paid Account Users' means a User Account with active paid services, including (i) active Standard, Pro, or Max Subscription Service plans; (ii) purchased and unused Service Credits; (iii) purchased and unused Top-Up Credits; or (iv) API access arrangements. ToS 3.3(b): Paid Account Users own all rights, title, and interest in Outputs. Billing page: 'Includes commercial rights to generated worlds' appears only under the Pro plan. ToS: 'In the event of any conflict between end-user licenses and World Labs' license-back rights, World Labs' rights shall take precedence'; for Paid Account Users the training licence over User Content is revocable, 'Revocation applies prospectively and does not require removal of User Content from AI Models already trained prior to revocation'. WonderJourney LICENSE.txt: MIT (Copyright (c) 2024 Koven Yu). WonderWorld root at 5cf11467: no LICENSE file (submodules not checked). Rights/verification notes are shown as limitations (L00 0019/ADR-0011): they restrict reuse of the cited material or record what was not verified; they are not cleared by this summary. Limitations: [component_reuse_restriction] WonderWorld submodules may carry their own licences; not checked. Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
