In spectral_film_lut at 6307a98, film records store datasheet curves with an explicit exposure base (default 10): the Fuji Eterna 500 record uses base 2 and an x range of about -6.2 to +6.3 (consistent with stops), the Kodak 5219 record base 10 and -3.9 to +0.9 (consistent with log exposure), so mixing records without the base would misplace exposure. Provenance gaps: the Fuji grain curve is copied from Kodak 5207 and the Kodak rms is a computed value. MIT covers the code but says nothing about the datasheet-derived numbers. Fujifilm describes its digital Film Simulation as not merely replicating film.

Curator qualifications: Code and white paper read 2026-10-22; no LUT generated; no film data compared with manufacturer sheets. Axis-unit match to the manufacturers sheets is an inference from ranges (Kodak sheet not re-read). Reuse of datasheet-derived numbers: rights unclear (manufacturer terms not read). spektrafilm-rs issue not re-read. Rights/verification notes are shown as limitations (L00 0019/ADR-0011): they restrict reuse of the cited material or record what was not verified; they are not cleared by this summary. Limitations: Code and white paper read 2026-10-22; no LUT generated; no film data compared with manufacturer sheets. [component_reuse_restriction] Eligible with data-rights hold; T12.05/T05 film emulation: check exposure base before mixing stocks. Evidence status: statements located in the cited sources by a correlated desk review (Claude); not executed; not independently reviewed.
