Code licences are explicit: Real-ESRGAN BSD-3-Clause, RIFE and Practical-RIFE MIT, FILM Apache-2.0. Weight terms differ: Practical-RIFE states that the linked model files are under the same MIT licence as the project; the Real-ESRGAN, original RIFE and FILM READMEs and LICENSE files read make no separate statement about weights, which are distributed as release assets or Google Drive/Baidu links in pickle-capable or SavedModel formats.
