For each open video model inspected, what are the licence terms per component (docs, code, weights, outputs) and in which file formats are the weights shipped?

Code and weights terms differ per project. Wan and Mochi: Apache 2.0 for repository and stated for models. HunyuanVideo and 1.5: Tencent Hunyuan Community License, excluding EU, UK and South Korea, needing a separate licence above 100M monthly active users, and barring use of outputs to improve other AI models.
